I don't know if there's another way to do it, but I usually do this: Make both of your posts. At the bottom where it gives the permissions for that post, I just lock it to only be viewable by me until I've finished editing both posts, at which point I unlock it. This way I've created both urls for both posts to facilitate the links.
Then I go back to the first post and edit with a hyperlink at the bottom: <a href="YOUR URL HERE"></a>
And then the same thing at the top of the second post linking back to the first section, and Bob's your uncle.
